Upon purchasing services from Whimsical, you are agreeing to the following terms:

PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve a spot in our design queue. Once we receive your completed questionnaire form, you will be required to pay another 25% deposit payment in order to proceed to the design stage. Once the "mock" design has been completed, you will receive a preview of the site in order make all of the necessary changes. Once all of the design and content has been approved, your final payment of the remaining 50% will be due. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

LATE PAYMENTS
Payments that have not been made within 10 days of receiving an invoice will result in the suspension of your site until payment has been applied to your account.

SITE MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS
NEW: Site maintenance will be completed and shown to the client. Once the updates have been approved, an invoice will be sent to the client. Payment must be received in full before the updates "go live". We accept PayPal.

CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel your project, you will be held responsible for all time spent and work done on the project. All work completed and hours spent are non-refundable. We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control. We will make an exception if we deem necessary to do so.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

♦ Purchasing a domain name and hosting package. Whimsical can do this for an extra fee.

♦ Commitment to the project. It is very important for the client to be readily available to approve designs and make revisions.

COPYRIGHT
All graphics that are created for your project will belong to you once the design is completed and the final payment has been made. A credit link to Whimsical must be placed on the bottom of each page of your site. The link shall remain intact.
